The Challenge & Innovation

Launched on March 25th, 2024, the Ensiab PoC at King Salman Hospital was designed to revolutionize Operating Room (OR) patient flow and efficiency. Through a rigorous period of scoping, system development, and change management, we launched a platform that streamlined the patient journey through theatre with real-time, data-driven decision-making.

Data Visualization

With the addition of more sites, a larger volume of high-quality data will become available for real-time visualization.

This will enable the central command and control oversight necessary for effective cluster-level surgical coordination. Furthermore, it will facilitate straightforward performance comparisons between sites, allowing for the identification of opportunities to optimize demand and supply within the cluster.
